Founder Jing Gao is a chef, restaurateur, writer and one of the leading authorities on Chinese cuisine. Her goal is to show that "Made In China" can mean the highest quality products made with all natural ingredients, without artificial preservatives or MSG.
Fun Fact: The name Fly By Jing is inspired by the bustling "fly restaurants" of Chengdu, old school eateries that are so good they're said to attract diners like flies.
