About:
We set out to add an instant hot cereal to our lineup that's AIP friendly and works for people with tree nut allergies. The result was beyond our wildest dreams - super delicious and more like a farina than our other cereals, with it's own unique sweet taste from tiger nuts. And it's also low carb as well (just 4 net carbs per serving).
Just add hot water and wait 2 minutes. Perfect as it is, or you can also add fresh fruit, butter/ghee or any of your favorite hot cereal additions.
