SIMPLi 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) & SIMPLi Sunflower Oil are single origin and directly sourced from Sparta, Greece and Poltava, Ukraine, respectively. By working directly with our farming communities, we simplify the supply chain by eliminating the middlemen to shift value back to farmers while bringing high quality, nutrient-dense products straight to your plate. With more than 70% of commercial olive oil being sold as fraudulent, SIMPLiâs fully vertical supply chain ensures the integrity of its oil.
SIMPLiâs signature olive oil is harvested from Greek Koroneiki olives, the most prized olive variety for oil. Our olives are handpicked and cold-pressed within 24 hours to ensure a high-quality oil that does not lose nutritional value or flavor when processed. SIMPLiâs 100% winterized high oleic sunflower oil is hand-picked and harvested from sunflowers in Poltava, Ukraine, then processed to remove the waxes and harmful polysaturated fats. We blend our cold-pressed, chemical-free EVOO with our healthier monounsaturated sunflower oil in-house in the USA, allowing us to oversee the whole process of one of the most fraudulent food items in the world.
