Trend Alert: Puffed Water Lily Seeds

We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again, water lily seeds (what we’ve compared to the long lost cousin of Cheetos), are all of a sudden EVERYWHERE. What once was a super niche find, are now available at our local bodega. And we couldn’t be more excited. We at Bubble have long loved these puffed Ayurvedic delicacies, and it seems that people are catching on! What’s not to like about these humble little seeds that have been used in ancient Indian and Chinese medicine for thousands of years for their numerous health benefits. They're Paleo, contains 6g of protein and 3g of fiber per serving, high in B vitamins, magnesium and contains 12 essential amino acids.

We keep all of our favorites stocked in the office, for any and all snacking purposes. And if you happen to stop by, rest assured you’ll leave with your bag stocked full of our water lily seeds du jour.

Lily Puffs, our ride or die since day one. You can read about our love affair here. But to reiterate, Lily Puffs are like elevated Cheetos, and won our hearts right away. Light roasted, and seasoned with nutritional yeast for a zesty kick, there’s not much not to like about this Bubble Approved mainstay.
