These Vegan Peanut Butter Bliss Balls are a protein and fiber-rich snack crafted from a blend of 5 wholesome ingredients: peanut butter, dates, chia seeds, hemp seeds and protein powder. Naturally gluten-free and dairy-free and perfect for an anytime snack. Bliss Balls are a perfect meal prep treat/snack that everyone can appreciate.

Ingredients:
- 6 Mavuno Harvest pitted dates
- 1 cup One Trick Pony chunky peanut butter OR One Trick Pony creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup Foods Alive hulled hemp seeds
- Âź cup Foods Alive chia seedsÂ
- Âź cup Mikuna unflavored or Mikuna vanilla protein powderÂ

Instructions:
- Soak dates in warm water for ~5 minutes to soften. Drain water before adding dates to a food processor.
- In a food processor, combine dates, peanut butter, hemp seeds, chia seeds and protein powder. Mix until dough starts to form together, scraping edges as needed.
- Roll into balls, this recipe makes 8-12 depending on the size.
- Transfer to the fridge for ~30 minutes to firm up.
- Enjoy as a pre or post workout snack, or anytime really!
- Keep extras in the fridge.
